    acquisitions, LOL

The past few acquisitions have cost lots more than expected. One analyst just asked why there were so many misc expenses. All of these costs seem to be associated with costs of consolidation. Dave says they are looking to buy, it seems that it would be cheaper to remove the position of head of M&A and save the salary and the restructuring charges. When was the last deal that paid for itself?

    • That's a great point. Dave must be making over $300k, with little to nothing to show for it. Their products are commodity and they have no M&A to speak of. How can they justify less than 20% growth with a top line of $50M? It's pathetic. Single digits for J&J may work but not for such a small outfit.

These guys are clowns and always have been. I've heard that the company is set up for Georgie Jr to globe trot at his leisure. What a joke. Also, their legal just left - he was one of the few folks in their with half a brain.

I've been stuck with this pig for a while and the lipstick these clowns are using just does not cut it anymore!
