Is the yield, which is 5.03%, not reflected in the graph of the ETF? In other words if you bought this fund, held it for a year and then sold it at the same fund price would you make a 5.03% gain?Thanks,Chris
Yes, you are right. The chart price of VNQ reflects the Market Price return. Dividends (Distributions) are not included. Market Price + Dividends = Total Return.So, if the price on the chart stays the same, you would make about 5 % profit.
