the additional reason for no delisting is probably political. Indonesia is one of the more moderate Muslim states, and the government has been very cooperative in hunting down terrorists. Since TLK IS the government (basically) I think there is probably political pressure to go easy on TLK untill they get their audit complete. Remember - there is a 60 day notification period, and they have not been notified (not to my knowledge at least). Since the Price Waterhouse report will be filed within 60 days, delisting seems out of the question now.
