Undocumented workers working at the facility are given a free pass. Whatever health problems they have are being passed onto the customers.

    • you are revealing the dirty secret of employment practices throughout USA; that is taking advantage of cheap illegal workers, then passing over their full costs (healthcare housing etc.) to the States and Municipal medical & social service programs..true of MCD, WMT, all the construction and service industries. When I was a high school student it was common to see high school students working in MCD or a WMT store..no more; easier for employers to skirt all the labor laws by filling these positions with illegals..the solution to this is heavy fines applied to employers who hire illegals, in fact I would suggest a criminal penalty with jail time for CEO's who know of and support use of illegals in their operations (you can bet it would stop the practice very quickly) ..read about the Nevada MCD franchiser who actually assisted the illegals to get forged documents to work in his stores,,and that franciser is a big Vegas name, as in funded the Mack Center performance Center at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.. now we know where some of his money came from, off the backs of the illegal workforce...it is a shame to see that labor laws are not enforced and employers get by with a wink and a nod..you are also correct; the use of an illegal, non-English speaking, uneducated workforce contributes to poor food quality, unsanitary and unsafe conditions for the illegals and the customers.
