What I'm saying is that the wheels of the McDonalds success machine are getting wobbly, next thing you know they'll come flying off the cart. This company lives and dies on the performance of franchisees and they are getting seriously lazy.
What evidence do you have that franchisees are getting lazy?
It's anecdotal, but that's how it starts, by the time the statistics filter through, you've got another Kentucky Fried Chicken where The Colonel describes the product as Krap.
