When they only pay $7.50 /hr, its hard to get good people. Some of their employees can't even find the door to get into, and when they do, they can't find the right button on the cash machine to push for the order. But I still like their food when the idiots get the order right.
Until MCD replaces the executives that do not understand the customer experience they will continue to be disliked by the customers. Several I have been in with my grandchildren recently were very frustrating. Had to wait for a while for the order to be completed but the cashier would not give us the cups so we could be preparing the drinks while waiting. I asked and was told McDonalds is instructing them not to do that. I asked a manager at one and was told they are following the recommendations of McDonalds. Some are now refusing to exchange toys, when questioned was told McDonalds advises them not to do that. Hope the publicity of the poor customer experiences will prompt some changes.
