I am voting against management. They tell shareholders poor performance is do to lack of emphasis on value, but in fact part was due to poor service. That, they never tell shareholders. Also, seemed like service was apparently deteriorating long before they communicated to their franchisees. They should be reviewing scores by individual franchisee every month or quarter. Then, after all this, they give themselves a big salary boost. Listening to Thompson on CC, he is always spinning everything.
