I certainly do not post here much but visit quite often to see what you all have to say and always find it quite interesting. Does anyone, excluding the haters (shorts), believe for a minute that Buffett's investment in BYD was a short term thing? Buffett and Wang Chuan-Fu have a way of finding the next big thing and with BYD it is more in the Vanadium Battery than selling a few cars in China. You have to be able to look at the "big picture" like Buffett and Chuan-Fu do. That is why they are billionaires and we post here. The entrepreneur behind BYD, a man named Wang Chuan-Fu "is a combination of Thomas Edison and Jack Welch - something like Edison in solving technical problems, and something like Welch in getting done what he needs to do. I have never seen anything like it." Imagine the long term potential, make your investment and check it 10 years from now. That is what makes you an investor versus a speculator.
