The company will have more legal fees, and will lose one or more of their legal suits. Then it declares bankruptcy to protect what was not stripped out in dividends, unless cash is generated elsewhere. Sales will continue to be below what is necessary for break even so continued operating losses are expected. The stock price will eventually collapse. That is my guess.
Operating losses continue as it becomes more difficult to fool fractional investors, CFO resigns before spending a full year with the company. 2 office CPA firm finally sees the light and issues a "going concern" opinion, Texas files another lawsui, stock price will never see 4 or 5, truth about the "value' of theTrust comes out and there is a big write-down and, last but not least, the SEC suit gets some traction and Pardo and Peden are removed from their positions with the Company.
Maybe that is my wish list for 2013 but I think they are all likely!!
