Like any Canadian Bank, BMO is a great long term hold, but my opinion is that it's the worst bank to own. Just my opinion, of course.
However, everything I mentioned about their customer service is true, including the inability in the past 2 months to log in to my investorline account. It seems like they have fixed it in the past week, but nobody ever called and I was constantly being lied to that problem does not exist.
