Cannot get the bills delivered on time and refuses to fix the problem. Too darn busy explain how the system works to learn how the system has failed its account holders; too ficking arrogant for words. Recommend that you close you account at BMO Harris and move your money to a bank that respects its account holders and can pay the bills on time.
I'm not going to get into whether the bank BMO Harris bank is good or bad for consumers, but if you look at them as an investment at close to their 52 month high and high dividend and if you looking for a big bank to invest in, certianly better than a lot of them out there.
BMO: "clear and concise - opposite of mumbo jumbo" ; "act on your behalf - because thats the only half that matters" ; "A place filled with straighttalk and open ears" thats marketing for you imho making promises that service cannot deliver!
What a pathetic excuse for a service oriented organization, there is a reason M&I had a strong loyal customer base. Wonder if there is a migration of accounts away from this organization since merger. Would love to hear stats on that at the next conference.
