    This is the final run up. Here's why.

    Gold as a commodity would not change it's value characteristics. It's the price that would crash as people pull out out their money to chase the rapidly increasing stock prices. You can try to chase the run up that will happen before that, what's questionable is how fast you can pull out on the way down, and will you be able to get a good price on stocks from that point. My take is you will lose opportunity cost even as you appear to be taking profits.
