At the date of this post: 11 "trade days" left before the RCON quarterly report is due.
Last quarter revenue growth greatly exceeded the industry average of 7.8%. from the same quarter one year prior and if this quarterly report is good look for profit margins to increase. The subtle Street upgrade to hold indicates they think this is a good possibility IMO. Why would they not when CEO and Chairman of RCON Yin Shenping said: "We are very pleased with our progress over the past several quarters and expect the trend to continue in 2013"?
The accounting is is solid with Friedman LLP headquartered in New York City, Friedman LLP has a consistent record of meeting accepted industry standard and being accurate. This is a "non" state owned Chinese firm that could well end up being purchased by a large "state" owned firm in the near future.
My due diligence suggests a more sustained breakout is likely this time around. Only a short time left to find out however it sure looks like a good bet today. Sellers are having a tough time buying the shares back they have sold now on day trades. Some of the trading technical indicators suggest a lot of accumulation has been going on since the last quarter.
The charts over 1 year show a new long term up trend is in the making.
