Obviously Red Davis and his stooges think they can balance the state budget by bringing a lawsuite against PGE . . .interesting how PGE was trading down 40 cents earlier, and 1/2 hour after lawsuit was announced is trading down only 5 cents. . . that should give you an idea how the investment community feels about the lawsuit. . .
CA AG should have his head examined. The guys still doesn't get it. The ute made money and paid a dividend to its shareholder, PCG. If there was no holding company, the money would have been paid to the shareholders of the ute. This guy is an idiot.
And check out this piece of "news" on the State not needing to buy power with public money. Proud to be in the black. THE REAL KILLER IS THE VERY LAST SENTENCE. As a kind of toss away, the article says, "Oh yeah, rates went up 30%." If rates had been adjusted as asked by the utes, little of this crap would have happened.
