Well neighbor (and, since we live in the same city, I DO mean neighbor), much as I enjoy having you classify me as "a communist" for expressing an opinion on a subject that so seriously affects "the masses", it is no little solace knowing that you will be spending some of your new found wealth on exactly the same power problem as will I.
