As I entered 61 Bdway I met The "Optimist" & his wife at the security desk. Sadly, we were the only shareholders that attended the meeting. Arriving well ahead of the 9am meeting I was greeted by Pres Andrew Scully and had a chance to go one on one with him. After the formalities of voting were taken care of Andrew gave a brief presentation.
All the Bd/Directors were present, + AS & CFO Peter Campbell, + EMAN's traveling Systems Applications Engr based at the home office; mplus the usual cadre of accountants and legal eagles.
The Systems Engr set up some product demos, including a module developed for the US Army's Dept of Telemedicine, and explained their virtues to me prior to the start of the meeting.
