Keep in mind, Joe wants the stock price up, too. If he announces GIA he will talk about all the cash he was offered then add some over-the-top, verifyable, immediate potential sales numbers and why it is"in shareholders best interest to procede GIA."

The stock will drop some ($9 - $10) then start to rise. There will be plenty of media about what a "Buy" it is, as it could skyrocket within 6 months/year. AND the pundits will say that once sales start the BO machine will probably kick in again, as the Patent Cliff is here.

All these stories will restate we we all know here, that Joe sold blockbuster Lovaza to GSK and is THE man you want to head this ship towards gold. He knows the product, the market and the GAME. Remember, he's betting his enormous stake. He's indicated there are NO MORE scheduled personal stock sales in the future.

I will jump on anything single-digit. The downside is too limited.

I don't think a 50% haircut is in the future under any foreseeable potential circumstance. Until we hear what Joe Z says no one on this board knows which direction the stock will move but regardless there's no scenerio where I believe it would move down THAT much.
