Latest from Steve Rosenman:
"...could still be next week, this coming from an actual fda administrator via email when asked when OB will be updated"
"The orange book for Rx and generic equivalent drug APPROVALS has been updated for October.
The orange book supplement for exclusivity has NOT been updated as of yet, it is only current as of September.
I believe the mistake on the FDA's website caused real confusion late last week, as even the analysts stated in research notes that the update was done and complete. This does not appear to be the case."
"We can probably be 100% sure of the situation tomorrow when FDA can comment on the update for Oct."
you're most likely correct but three points give me pause:
1) There was not a 8-k from Amarin stating there would be a delay. The previous times the FDA had communicated to Amarin of a delay before the OB entry.
2) The aforementioned FDA e-mail according to Steve Rosenman that states there could be further updates next week.
3) The weirdness of the OB reverting back to September for the latest update
WHAT does that even mean Zen? Are you saying you agree with everyone that it hasn't been updated for October yet? I'm trying to use my brain, but man it is barely working.
