They know full well what they have done. They want to do their job get jealous if someone else gets wealthy as a result. No way they did not know that it was in the best interest of the company to get an answer either way. FDA just like the EPA is in the business of disrupting business. That is how people there achieve job satisfaction.
I mean, really, is FDA trying to tell me that they have 8 hour meetings with scientists, lawyers, doctors everyday for the past 5 months? And the NCE issue is beyond solution? I am new to biotech. But this is beyond comprehension. Right now I am stone-faced, shocked...5 months...gee... even a new born picks up and learns a heck of a lot in 5 months.
I can't believe they are getting away with this. NCE is something to reward a company - HELP them for innovating by protecting their sales. The FDA has HINDERED them for a third of a year now because AMRN is waiting for an answer before proceeding with sales.
It's like someone looks at you when you're thirsty and says, you deserve a glass of water. Wait right here and I'll go get one for you. Then you stand waiting in a room as the sun is glaring through the window and the dude doesn't come back with the water while you're getting more dehydrated.
This has been an eye-opener for sure. I have such confidence in Vascepa, but the way things have played out with the FDA is just disgusting.
You hit the nail.
We hear day and night talking of insider trading... tricks by insider of public companies...
I don't care that much.
I think is really disgusting when tricks are made by institutional. I'm talking of FDA. These bassturds are becoming players.... is the SEC allowed to investigate on FDA guys? Go and control if they buy/sell stocks of company they SHOULD only work about and not speculate.
