Yes, the pps will take a hit but the current market cap barely accounts for the value of the Marine indication so we should return to current levels once all the drama queens calm down.
And don't forget, Reduce it might succeed. The market will have to start pricing the possibility of that into the pps sooner or later.
It's not like Vascepa failed. It actually works. it's just the FDA approval process is a mess.
I'm already drinking over this....but my concern with your comment is going to be the cash burn to get to R-I........I just dont see how they can make it without BP......... This setback certainly sux just as the FDA and panel do. However, there is still the possibility that Amarin management can find a buyer or partner that will help reach the reduce it objectives...although based on today's meeting, the FDA can change on the fly (read SPA).
