Too many people on this board seem to think that GSK is the only buyout/partner option. The other BP companies aren't going to just sit on the sidelines and say "it's yours GSK". There will be stiff competition for this one - and the debtors will not want to have to figure out what to do with the intellectual property so there will be a loan extension. Oh, and as important as many think GSK is, they're no doubt very concerned about the change in science and their chances of getting Epanova approved! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Helll no! And it's not over now.
"Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?"
It was over for those blown to smithereens and I'm no longer sure AMRN can be put back together again either. The destruction here has been impressive. The whole affair reminds me of a medieval public execution with the crowd in a frenzy, led by the likes of Adam Feuerstein, with an insatiable desire for blood.
