I had hoped they would grow their way to the NASDAQ. A 5 for one split would mean less then 10M shares oustanding. I think the Bulletin Boards are manipulated but I am not sure the NASDAQ is much better. And the history is not good for reverse splits...
The agenda of this special meeting is to authorize Attunity's Board of Directors to effect a maximum 1-for-5 reverse split of Attunity's ordinary shares in connection with the possible relisting of its shares on NASDAQ and to approve related amendments to Attunity's Memorandum and Articles of Association.
The Company clarified that it does not intend to effect a reverse split, unless and until its Board of Directors determines at a future date it is necessary and advisable in order to relist on NASDAQ.
The shareholders meeting is to vote to authorize a reverse split up to 1 - 5. It is not to do a reverse split. Also if there is one whether it will be 1 - 2, 1 - 3 etc and would be determined at a later date.
As far the history of reverse splits I agree. Except your analysis is weak and incomplete. What is the history of companies' stock prices after a reverse split that was done to obtain re-listing on the NASDAQ? That is the historical number you want. Not all of the reverse splits numbers.
