guess what, the price goes up and the long term holders want to take some profit\s. Good for them, and this is your chance to collect shares if you believe in the company. So ahead and sell if you want. Apparently there are enough buyers to offset your selling.
Insiders aren't selling from what I read in the filings. I think comodo4universe has it right. Their last acquisition has been a big winner and they want to replicate that success via more purchases. The new CEO believes that Israel is loaded with companies that have great technology and terrible execution. He's turned ATTU into a company that is executing in a hot space with virtually every major software vendor (plus EMC) as a channel partner.
What would you do?
Clearly, institutions like the move. In the wake of their latest investor conference, the stock is breaking out of its range and looks headed for 10. We'll see how it plays out.
Did you read the filing? Looks more like a shelf filing to me. I view it as positive. They're profitable and may seek some expansion capital, which would expose them to many new institutional investors. No sign of an immanent raise, nor any insider selling.
