When is the company going to get rid of the idiots in Allentown that keep making stupid dedisions and hire some people that earn their money and get the company on track?
they have lost a lot of good talented people because the management team doesnt know how to lead
Yes they have lost many good people, their lense for the kind of people they need in their leadership is 'off' and those two things have compounded the problem
today's report was NOT good results, for sure. There IS a world slowdown which doesn't help. There ARE a lot of good things on the horizon, BUT I wonder what management is doing at the top.
