    18.72 ILS = 4.76 USD
    In line with the Friday close of 4.75 USD.
    Anyway the current situation is not good but I also do not know why they should push their stock as they are always backed by Frost and their other main investors. They have no reason to do more investor relations for the moment - their financing is secured. We need to wait until Prolor will become a Phase III company.

      IR is a maintenance process with price support the main objective and Frost is only 20%. They are neglecting 80% of their base which is why the stock price is down even with two years of positive news. Raising capital is just the end game. The problem here is these guys are getting paid for poor/no performance so there is no incentive to change their behavior.
