Teva Chairman of the Board is ALSO the CEO of Opko and has major ownerships stakes in both Opko and Prolor. In Opko he holds over 40% of the company and in Prolor he holds over 10%.
Though to you or me his investment in prolar would seem large, he has 6 X that invested in Teva, and 10 x in opko, Prolar is a small holding for him, though it might be 20% of the shares. Prolar shares = about 3.8% of Frosts net worth.
