I think both companies and their shareholders will benefit from the pending merger. If the merger goes through you have just bought shares of Opko Health at a 90 cent discount. I anticipate the share price of Prolor to increase once the merger is approved. IMHO.
There is no benefit to Prolor shareholders from this union. We have the same management, basically the same price and same prospects with 300M more mouths to feed. The deal benefits Frost. End of story.
