Not sure if I read the SEC filing completely correct (please chime in with your informed insights, folks)... it looks like Sutter Hill picked up a good chunk of ownership in the recent stock offering. They now own nearly 8% of the co. and protecting against dilution. I think this is good sign - these guys are smart and have connections to make M&A happen. On the other hand, not happy about the continuing dilution - hard to figure out what this thing will ultimately be worth in the end game.
Do you forsee something big happening in 2013? Hopefully the trial will be completed soon and the exchange
45 with green staple line will be CE marked soon as well. I have been watching IMSC as well. However they seem to have problems all together different then CRDC.
