EPS was -$.08. I'm glad that I decided to wait until after earnings before I made a decision to go long. I'll wait until after a significant retrace before I get in. I like where the company is going. They're just not there yet.
They opened a new factory in Germany, two sale centers in Brazil, that cost money and takes away from profits, what their not looking at is the cost of what they have been doing to expand their business. they should have projected lower earnings and the talked more on there expansion in there business alone with a better outlook, a rebound will happen, just remember they had 27 percent of the stock shorted, so its difficult what will happen tomorrow, also profits are up 239 percent from last year that beat SSYT with only 116 percent more profit then last year, good luck
Growth companies don't trade on EPS, nor do they trade on the "beat" of estimates established by low-rent bucket shops like Stephens, BB&T, FBR, etc., all of whom filled their coffers by taking XONE public and have massive conflicts of interest.
For companies like XONE, whose valuations make no logical sense no matter what liberties you take with math and with rosy estimates of future bliss, stock prices are driven by expectations of revenue growth -- and XONE just took down its numbers.
