This is a message which was sent to Neom HQ through their website by me. I would like to know what other investors here think about your personal information being given out to a private individual by NEOM. Also what do investors think about the professionalism of a company that farms out investor questions to other investors? All I have read is that the negative folks here need to contact the company themselves, well I did and not only did I not get answers or even a response from the company I get a response from another individual who was asked by the Company to do this. I won't even begin to get into how this can expose the company that I am invested in because I am way too upset about my information being given out to private individuals outside the company.
I have never seen or heard of another company acting in this way.

From: xxxx xxxx Title: Company: Email: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Phone: Website: Relationship:Investor Comments: Just wondering if you are ever going to update your shareholders since we have not seen the sale of micropaint or the launch of qode as promised. To say nothing of the changes in management and our financing problems.
XXXX, I am XXXXXXXX from I-hub. I am assuming you are the same person RCMSHANE from I-hub. Your email request was forwarded to a few of the senior leadership folks at NeoMedia. I received a request from Rick Pavane to send a response. The reason being is they are quite busy. I will explain below.
First, I believe the paint division is still going thru a drawn out bidding process. They have more than one bidder so it is going back and forth. That's why it still has not been closed.
On 22 and 23 January, about 12 to 15 of the most senior members of NeoMedia, Qode, and Gavitec are going thru a strategy session moderated by a 3rd party facilitator. This process is to bring together the two teams and to set up how NeoMedia is going to go forward over the next year. One of the big things is the financial problems. That is probably the top item to be discussed. The path to fixing the financial situation is bumpy but passable. One part of the plan is to sell of the subs other than Gavitec. The money raised from those sales will be used to pay down debt and to help fund the future growth of qode and Lavasphere. The other part is to bring on equity investors. These investors are going to come in the form of joint ventures with other companies in the industry. You have heard about NeoMedia's work with News Corp. News Corp is one of the companies management is pursuing in the joint venture arena. I don't know the status of all the work, but it is ongoing.
I have been told by a couple of folks that the result of the strategy session will be a letter to shareholders. I don't know how soon afterwards. This is a big step. It is something you and I along with many other shareholders have requested.
I periodically update about 80 plus NeoMedia Investors with emails about what I am hearing about NeoMedia. I would be happy to add you to the list. I send it out as a blind-copy to keep individual emails private. Please feel free to contact me at any time. I am a long-term investor in NeoMedia and am trying to keep the lines of communication between shareholders and management open. It's not easy, but I feel it is something I can do to help my investment succeed.
Giving out of personal info to a third party is not cool. Giving out inside info to a third party is a real problem, not matter what the intention is. Why can't these small companies just do the right thing, seems they have something in common, management that is not walking the straight line. I was half expecting to hear there was a short scam going on. BTW, I do believe we have not heard the last of the tobin smith bs that he pulled. Thanks for the info, keep us up to date. Would you mind posting a link to ihub? TIA
Dont mind posting the link at all. Just keep in mind the moderators are longs pumping the stock, and remove any post they dont like. Then they claim they dont remove posts the admins do.LOL
Fact is they remove the post and then admin is at a later time supposed to review. But so many get removed that the admin if they are not contested by the poster just goes along with the moderators decision. I personally have had post removed by a moderator, and not reinstated until I sent admin a message and then it reappeared, so I think I know the process.
By the way you wont find a post on this issue with NEOM there either because they were all removed yesterday. I copied the one here before the moderators removed it.
