Yes doesn't that mean dilution? Im surprised that it didn't pop after hours if the company did great.
If I'm not mistaken, VIPS beat expectation? Looking at the aftermarket trading and future projection it's on the right path. The projection is what's most important as the growth looks like VIPS is worth more than what's it's currently trading at.
Revs 299m vs. est 238 for the 4th Q. 2012 FY Revs 692m vs. 651m., and next Q 270 vss est. 210m . I would say it's good.
