    • Ben Rosenzweig is a Startek director and also a principal In the Privet hedge fund.
What is just as important as the disclosure that Privet has taken a 5% stake in SRT?
Rosenzweig has also been using incentive options, and direct share purchases to take
a personal stake in the company. Ben made nominal purchases Aug 2011
when the company was bleeding, at $3.44 and $3.59. Turnaround stories are often
slower than we expect. However. Insiders see the progress before retail shareholders
notice. I believe the street will take notice of SRT before end of year.

      • Last summer Ben Rosenzweig's Privet Fund announced it had
taken a 5% position in Startek. Ben also sits on the board of
SRT and has been acqiuring personal shares/and options.
Yesterday SEC Form 13Gs were filed listing other institutions
that own over 5% stake in Startek.
Shareholders should take notice. Startek not only has the
confidence of a large percentage of institutional ownership,
but the group is an elite bunch. Heartland Advisors owns over 9%,
        T Rowe Price 6%, Dimensional Fund 6%.
When insiders, and large institutions show support and
        confidence, eventually..... good things happen.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • The street will only notice if they start paying a dividend, even a penny or half a cent would be nice and would get more analyst coverage.
