Open letter to Mr Rick Gilbert

It seems obvious to some that you and your management team have not been able to deliver the type of results that shareholders had been expecting. What is even worse is the the lack of clarity that you provided in the last CC. How could you and your highly paid team of executives been caught off guard with the technology shift. Unacceptable.

Is it time for Westell to hire an investment banking firm to see what Westell is worth. Is it time to close shop and move on. Please remember that you have a responsibility to shareholders as well as all of the insiders who get bonuses and stock options.

All of this is just my opinion. That said, let's sell thisbthing for a couple of cents more than you were able to get for the last company you managed.

    • Nice letter, but again I more than suggest that wstl has nothing to offer a prospective suitor. Call center companies have already been plucked>JP picked up EM, Blackwell picked up Apac.. OSP is broken, behind the curve, Homecloud,as sentiment from past CC questions, show that the street was expecting something good, will never see the light of day
