What is even worse is the the lack of clarity that you provided in the last CC. How could you and your highly paid team of executives been caught off guard with the technology shift. Unacceptable.
Is it time for Westell to hire an investment banking firm to see what Westell is worth. Is it time to close shop and move on. Please remember that you have a responsibility to shareholders as well as all of the insiders who get bonuses and stock options.
All of this is just my opinion. That said, let's sell thisbthing for a couple of cents more than you were able to get for the last company you managed.
