I just returned from DisneyWorld and overheard two couples talking about how they would never take a Carnival cruise.
There has been a significant amount of damage done to Carnival's reputation, and how they respond will be crucial to whether they can recover. Right now, the lack of communication is worrisome.
I only hope it's because they are putting the finishing touches on a huge PR campaign focused on safety, value, keeping promises and excellent service. Maybe its a "The New Carnival" campaign or something of the sort.
If I don't see something soon (by end of Spring) I'm selling my position, which we've held for many years.
