Let's see how Tye "Clives" us tonight.Wonder what it'll be this time? Another "one time" charge, increased energy costs, slowdowns, mine flooding, nugget fairies, leprechauns pilfering ounces for their rainbow pots?Tye's gotta Clive the shareholders somehow. Your guess is as good as mine.
I bought B2Gold at 70 cents and now it's at $1.52. So, if that's what you mean by being "Clived," then I certainly hope Tye Burt and KGC "Clive" us.
I inherited Kinross through my ownership of BGO, which was Clive-run. My cost basis in BGO was ninety cents. I'm not complaining about the appreciation, just the style of management.Doesn't look like the market was particulary impressed with the earnings numbers, does it?
Nugget Fairies? We used to call 'em fudge packers.. but, I've not been to San Francisco in a few years.. Still, guess we still should know by now that not all guys in overcoats bearing candy canes are our friends.
