Is it possible that the horrible behavior of KGC relative to gold (look at today for example) lately is due to the uncertainty of the pending lawsuit? How many cents per share is this suit possibly gonna cost the company? As a long term holder of this stock, I have often wondered why these people sabotage the value of the very stock they are investing in. The lawsuit is supposed to represent the shareholders, yet in reality it only represents old shareholders that sold before filing the suit. Anyone who continues to hold the stock is losing more than their gaining by the lawsuit. The company gets hurt, and the lawyers get themselves rich in the process. The whole thing stinks as far as I'm concerned.
