KGC is not only the cheapest large Gold miner, it is the cheapest large miner if you look at liquidity, debt and mineral assets.
RIO, BHP, NEM, GG or a private Equity such as Blackrock that could very easily afford to buy KGC and absolutely make a killing in the next 5 years. It is once in a lifetime opportunity for many of these companies.
Does anyone know if the major shareholders or company board would be opposed to any deal? Are there any poison pills in place that could deter potential acquirers?
