For a start, I certainly hope that the company doesn't have the same cavalier attitude about knocking ANY of its customers completely offline during the holidays that you do.
It wasn't just 100 customers who couldn't buy postage, although I do realize you had to read what I said to get that -- how do you think that affects a shipping company during the holidays? As these problems get publicized, how does that affect the company's ability to attract and retain customers?
Oh, and right, the company has no competitors, thank goodness, so the ONLY OTHER CHOICE is standing in line at the post office. Uh-huh.
