Bumper crop where? Wheat is grown all over the world, and I was under the impression that droughts and other problems are what caused much of the recent price spike..Admittedly I am just learning about this market, can you point me to a page where this 'bumper crop' was described? Thanks..
Farmers over-planting corn began wheat's shortage. Then the 3rd world countries & the BRIC's began consuming more wheat, & here's where the rubber hits the road!The need for corn-based Ethanol needs to fade out before these greedy farmers return to normal planting habits, look at Brazil & their Sugar-based Ethanol, they have the advantage now.SageNot
