Well I'd be happy for you to say hello. Im not always right on stocks - I liked Calpine (but mostly the bonds and they are ok) and they went to hell.
On the other hand I called PMACA well, as well as the oil stocks which comprise a huge percentage of my portfolio ( over 60%) and have since the 2004 election.
On June 15 however Im closing on a huge piece of lake front property ( Lake Corpus Christi). I have to pay a bit over $300k in cash on that day and will have to sell some energy stocks. Although its listed as 192 acres, its really about 40 prime waterfront acres on the north portion of the lake which is also in the better school district. I will end up selling 10 acre parcels but will also keep some for myself.
Im not a multi-millionaire so this is a really big undertaking for me but I know the land is worth a great deal more than Im paying for it.
