I would like to know how a bonus is calculated at kforce when every variable making up the bonus is 0 or less.
I know corporate makes a mass amount of money by giving out loans or how they define the loan, draw, but draw alone + all of the firings and quits can not produce a bonus.

Those eligible for Corporate bonuses will include employees at Ybor headquarters in Accounting, AP, Cash App, HR, etc. This includes VPs and Directors, through to hourly support staff. These bonuses are seperate from any compensation for field operations (sales and sales managers).
Just look at it as recognition and a Thank You to all the corporate folks who work so hard all year providing world-class customer service to our branches.
