Yes, BTU is a buy at some point, but WHEN and at WHAT PRICE, that's the real question. If liquidity dries up, rational pricing goes away. BTU could easily crash to single digits...perhaps even to mid single digits. I don't think they are going bankrupt though.
The coal industry has excess capacity. Producers are producing down to variable cost levels, maybe even a tad below that. Some producers need to go out of business, then capacity will shrink to match demand at which point coal can again be priced profitably..
