Here's one for Televiv. The Daily Show interviewed the producer of the upcoming documentary Gassland #2. He says science shows that if the methane leaks from world fracking are above 1%, that the effects these leaks have on climate *exceed* that of using COAL. That's because methane is *multiples* more potent a greenhouse gas than CO2. Well, he went on to say that current fracking leaks are at approx **** 17% ****, and there is not much that can be done to ever get anywhere near 1%. All of a sudden, even the libs realize there is no free lunch and that coal isn't as dirty as they thought compared to other practical large scale energy sources.
