Thanks for the input. I bought for the same reasons - low PE and One of the very few energy companies that isn't loaded up with high debt. No debt means more profits go to the bottom line - per share when earnings are reported. The question is > do we sell in Jan. The market discounts events in advance and once the cold weather is almost gone, all energy stocks will be heading lower. What are your thoughts? and what price do you think REM can reach even though they lost one or two rigs in the storms.
I've been looking at this puppy now for 3 months and it has corrected. It has tracked quite nicely with OIS, another IBD jewel. Unfortunately, or fortunately now for me, REM has diverged from the trend with OIS some 40%+ since August 2005. It's time for our correction- to $44, by Jan (end of) 2006.
