Listened to the CDIS conference call this AM. Although this does seem to be a logical merger of the two companies moving forward, as others here have commented here, I did think that IDCC would have received a higher offer...and it may still happen. The deal is not expected to close until the 2nd quarter and does need approvals. This AM's announcement has given others in marketplace exposure as to the (low)$$$ it is willing to accept for its debt free assets. Given the charged energy environment, would not be surprised to see others step up to the plate with a bid for our little gem. When asked this question during the CC, CDIS indicated that the penalty would be a $45MM breakup fee...stay tuned.
