    PTY & EAD

I don't have a link for the NAV. I check it weekly in Barron's and the discount has generally been in the 10% area. The dividend has been .035 per month for the last few years. It is supposed to be reviewed next month. Based on the recent price action, it is generally believed that it will not be lowered. There has been speculation that it will be raised, but I suspect it will remain where it is. IMHO it is a place, like GIM, to have a small piece of the income part of once's portfolio, with the added kicker (as with GIM) of benefitting from the dollar's decline which is likely to continue.
