It might be that upfront cost of installing EcoSmart system is too high. Our company recently installed solar panels on the roof and did not spend one dollar for it. TKOI should have this kind of offers to its customer, ie, FREE install of EcoSmart but get paid later by certain percentage from their customer's energy savings each year. Not only there is no out of pocket cost for its customers but TKOI have repeated incomes. I am sure that its sales will go through the roof.
If they can get their hardware manufactured cheap (in India, China), the idea of "Free" install for EcoSmart customers is very possible, provided also if they have in the bank one-two years of operating cash.
