The chart is dividend adjusted. The stock last split at just under $30.
The dividend is qualified, but you must hold the stock for a certain period, which I believe is something like 60 days before, and after. My assumption is the qualifying tax rate on dividends is to encourage people to hold the security for an extended period.
Uh, you better look again, the chart shows that it was between $15-$16 when it split. I'm not sure why it split and if they will elect to do that again or not. It's fine with me if they let it keep rockin' upwards!
