Recent purchase by P. Frost and partnership with Nobel Biomaterials which will provide inroads to other markets as well as attract even more money.
About Nobel Biomaterials:
Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is a global leader in bacterial management solutions. Noble develops, manufactures, sells and markets advanced antimicrobial technologies designed to manage all forms of bacterial contamination. Noble has more than 200 global licensees for products in the medical, defense, industrial and consumer markets.
Noble's headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Scranton, PA, with global offices in Europe, Asia and South America.
So you view the fact that the company is purchasing the rights, from Noble, to "peddle" an OLD "me too" otc product that is roughly 1/2 century old seems to be a less than innovative idea in my opinion. As far as the "no debt"-there is practically NOTING to the company other than dollars are seemingly spent to pay an absurd benefit to insiders. By the way, the major insider sold 7 million shares for a nickel/share in March 2011 as I read it when the stock was significantly higher then that price....not exactly a vote of confidence in my mind.
