All little companys print stock until they start selling. The guy that bought ALQA bought another stock called NEOP in 2007 and everyone said it was a sham because they printed stock all the time. I owned some when he was buying it for 20 cents and bashers called it a scam with no hope. NEOP became NAVB and the stock is 3.30 now. not bad for a scam company lol. I have not looked at ALQA yet but u can bet DD did before he bought in.
